Abstract
The paper is aimed at investigation of dynamic properties of control systems with interval parametric uncertaint y, which dynamics is described by the family of interval characteristic polynomials. The mathematical model of the system  is considered in the form of root locus portrait, represented by the root locus fields family. Asymptotic properties,  peculiarities and regularities of the interval systems root locus portraits configuration (location of their branches, initial points and asymptotes) are being discovered.

Abstract
The problem of the increase of efficiency of multi-thread applications on multi-core systems is investigated. The optimization cooperative model of threads execution has been proposed. It optimizes the execution order of the  computational operations and the operations of data exchange, decreases the overall time of the multithread application  execution by means of the reduction of the critical path in the concurrent algorithm graph, increases the application throughput at the growth of the number of threads, and excludes the competition among threads that is specific for preemptive multitasking...............................

Abstract

The article describes the questions of braking of trolleybus by working braking system with connected and disconnected electric drive motor. Main constructive differences of trolleybuses are shown including characteristics of electric drive motor in the mode of braking. Methods of road test are given. Abstract

Solar panels have a nonlinear voltage-current characteristic, with a distinct maximum power point (MPP), which depends on the environmental factors, such as temperature and irradiation. In order to continuously harvest maximum power from the solar panels, they have to operate at their MPP despite the inevitable changes in the environment. This is why the controllers of all solar power electronic converters employ some method for maximum power point tracking (MPPT ). Over the past years many MPPT techniques have been published and based on that the main paper’s objective is to analyze one of the most promising MPPT control algorithms: fuzzy logic controller.

Abstract
The considered improvement of qualit y of the risofraph print based on a mathematical model in the environment Matlab by using the specialized algorithms and digital filter of the Image Processing Toolbox. Use the model of screen printing in Matlab environment for risograph provide an opportunit y to improve the qualit y of prints by adjusting profile risograph to a specific view and the t ype of digital image. The use of the proposed technology will reduce the flow of the film and the paint by eliminating printing test prints and reducing the time spent printing.

Abstract
It is proposed a method for dynamically changing the low-density parity check code parameters in accordance with communication channel qualit y monitoring and device for storing, dynamic selection of parity check matrices and error-correcting encoding. Finally, results of the simulation codes characteristics and performance, which prove the effectiveness of proposed method, are presented.
