System analysis
The well known Shannon expansion is not applicable to incompletely specified functions. We propose a theory that merges Boolean and partial algebras and provides creation of new representations and expansions of partially specified functions. A powerful property of the expansions is the reduction of definiteness level of expansion products. This is a source of enlargement of possibilities for synthesis, parallelization and optimization of completely and incompletely specified logical software/hardware systems. A result of proposed theory is a new type of decision diagram. It is shown on the parallelization of adders that the throughput of the system grows rapidly while the system complexity grows slowly.
Management of technical objects
Solved the problem of determining the optimal values of the parameters of a discrete system with phase control, for which the minimum of a given functional quality. Obtain the solution in general and implemented on a specific example of a system that has a specified transfer function.
The paper presentsа rule-based fuzzy logic controller to control the output power of in a stand alone wind energy system. The permanent magnet synchronous generator driven by wind turbine has the inherent problem of fluctuations in the magnitude and frequency of its terminal voltage with changes in wind velocity and load. To overcome this drawback, the variable magnitude, variable frequency at the generator terminals is rectified and the DС power is transferred to the load through DC-AC inverter. The objective is to track and extract maximum power from the wind energy system and transfer this power to the load. This is achieved by using the fuzzy logic controller which regulates a wind turbine speed as a function of generator output power.

One of the most efficient ways for identical binary se quences generation is using methods of neural cryptography. The initial weight vestors values influence on speed of synchronization is analized. Equal probability of initial weight vestors motion directions is great advantage. On this base authors suppose new line of research conserned with improvement of network architecture and correction algorithm.

The article is present new idea of the creation, developments and improvements of the electronic equipment of complex systems by means of the virtual electronic components. The idea of the virtual electronic components is a presentation and perception of the creation and developments of the equipment on two forming: real – in the manner of standard marketed block of the intellectual property and image – in the manner of virtual component. The real component in most cases slows the development of the electronic equipment. The imaginary component is the «locomotive» of development of the electronic equipment. The Imaginary component contains the scientific has brushed against developer. The scientific has brushed against developer reveals of itself in the manner of virtual component on the modern level of the design rates of microelectronics.
The problem of formalisation and practical realisation of information streams of logistical systems, as the basic component of a separate kind of systems the logistical information systems having the features and properties that allows to investigate them by means of methods, applicable to information systems is considered.
The utilization of computer-aided design FEKO for simulation of electromagnetic interference on coaxial cables of different types, such as those used in CCTV (RG59/U, RG11/U, RG179/U) is proposed. Item and parameters selection for this simulation rationale is given. The obtained results are described and analyzed. It was found that a cable RG179U is the most vulnerable to external electromagnetic radiation among of all coaxial cables used in the CCTV design. It was revealed that the electromagnetic interference levels on coaxial cable depends on this one length and takes maximum value when it is a multiple of the external electromagnetic radiation wavelength. A method for electromagnetic interference on the cable network CCTV reduction is proposed.
