Formalization of the problem of search with the unknown site of the subject on district

Abstract

Article material is devoted a question of acceptance of the administrative decision on the organisation of search of some subject, capable to apply destructive actions in relation to object of special attention. Characteristic line of a similar problem is necessity of decision-making on management of the divisions appointed for search in the conditions of absence of the authentic initial information on a site of the subject, the limited available forces and sharp deficiency of time.
