Рассмотрено устройство для хранения, динамического выбора проверочной матрицы и корректирующего кодирования. Представлены результаты моделирования  характеристик низкоплотностных кодов с переменными параметрами, которые доказывают эффективность предложенного метода. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>It is proposed a method for dynamically changing the low-density parity check code parameters in accordance with communication channel qualit y monitoring and device for storing, dynamic selection of parity check matrices and error-correcting encoding.
